You'll have two group sessions each month (total of 12 sessions) moderated by a trained doula who has personal experience with loss and pregnancy after, along with an exclusive group chat via WhatsApp where you can connect with group members (and your moderator) between group sessions. You'll also receive access to our digital library of pregnancy after loss resources, handouts, and custom-created content (created in-house by our founder, Arden Cartrette).

All group sessions will take place on Sundays (dates mentioned separately) starting at 4pm EST / 3pm CST / 1pm PST and lasting for 60 minutes.

You'll have room to discuss your pregnancy and have free-flowing discussion along with receiving professional support through bigger milestones such as the anatomy scan, viability, testing during pregnancy, preparing for birth, and more! We aim for our groups to cater to those who are in attendance and want this to be a space where you feel empowered and informed.

Arden, our founder, is your moderator! She's a Certified Birth + Bereavement Doula that has personal experience with infertility, recurrent loss, and two full-term pregnancies that gave her living children.

We know that this question is difficult and we put a lot of thought into these situations. There's a reason why our due date groups start later (when people are in the second trimester) because people often feel "safer" however, there are people who join our groups and may have experienced a late term loss or fear that happening to them. We handle loss with as much care as possible. We provide support for the mom and will communicate with the group with the moms permission. No loss is overlooked and we handle every fear, worry, and ounce of anxiety with the most care possible.
